The Tab function(Downloads, New folder) is very good. Will it work liek  the shortcuts in Browsers?( [Crtl] + 1, 2, 3 ect. ). For better usubility there must be a viusible indicator that you can do slitscreen based on the tabs if you have to drag and drop stuf from one folder to another =)

But Explore, Viewe ect. I would make it bit smaller.
